Pete, a native of upstate New York, began his brewing career at a brewpub in Virginia. After working with the storied Brickskeller and Capitol City Brewing, Pete attended Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, Scotland for his Diploma in Brewing and Distilling. After, he became Head Brewer of Capitol City's Capitol Hill location, then spent time at Old Dominion and Gordon Biersch. Pete’s time away from the brewery is spent with his wife Ellen, an Ohio native, their two sons and family dog.

Wally Weiss

Assistant Brewmaster

Wally has over 13 years of professional brewery experience, starting as an apprentice brewer at Anheuser-Busch near San Francisco, California. During his 10 years there, he worked in various departments and capacities to learn everything he could about the brewing industry. Prior to being hired on at Sibling Revelry, Wally was the Brewery Operations Manager at Catawba Island Brewing Co. in Port Clinton, Ohio where he oversaw and managed day-to-day operations. Wanting to get back into actually brewing beer again, Wally jumped at the opportunity to start brewing for Sibling Revelry. He is an Ohio Native from Olmsted Falls, Ohio. Wally’s time away from the brewery is spent with his girlfriend, Anna, and Wally’s two boys, Gavin and Ezra.

Tim Correnti

Production Assistant

Tim comes to Sibling Revelry from Chicago. He attended Purdue University, majoring in Economics and Supply Chain Management.  Tim’s introduction to craft beer was a pint of Three Floyds Gumballhead he had in his junior year.  This led to homebrewing in his college kitchen. Eventually he started his career as a sales intern at Revolution Brewing in Chicago.  When he found a posting about the start of a new brewery in Cleveland, he quickly applied and moved here to start a fulltime career in the craft beer industry.

David Sorace

Director of Operations

David, a native of Ohio, has over 8 years of brewery experience. Starting as a volunteer at Hoppin’ Frog Brewery, he worked his way up the chain to Special Projects/Operations Manager. When he noticed the job posting for Operations Manager with an up-and-coming West Side craft brewery, he knew it would be the perfect position to continue combining his passion for great beer with his career aspirations. In his free time, he enjoys following sports, sampling new beers, traveling around the world, and spending time cooking with his wife and partner in crime, Grace.

Max Harcsar

Graphic Designer

Max, a lifelong Clevelander, is the graphic designer for Sibling Revelry. He attended John Carroll University, where he majored in Communications. While there, Max worked as a teaching assistant for 7 semesters for two 400-level marketing classes. Outside of Sibling Revelry, you can find him stage diving at punk rock concerts and writing poetry. Max used to be straight edge, but now he loves wheat beers.

Haley Mills

Marketing Coordinator

Haley, an Avon Lake, Ohio native, is a lover of sour's (hint hint Pete), ciders, and stouts. Haley's first true craft beer was Lavender Wit when SRB first opened. Haley went to college at the University of Central Florida, and moved back to Ohio after graduating. You'll often find Haley in the taproom with her Goldendoodle Cooper. In her spare time, Haley enjoys watching Cleveland sports and traveling to new destinations.

Amanda Z

After 6 years in the classroom, Amanda decided to change career paths and join SRB! Amanda has a duel degree in Early Childhood Education as well as Special Education from Wittenberg University. In her free time she enjoys playing golf, softball and fetch with her German Shepherd, Lady.

Justin Brandley

Beer Ambassador

Justin, a native of Ohio, has over 10 years of sales experience in the grocery industry.  His love for craft beer began when he tasted his 1st glass of Great Lakes Dortmunder Gold in 2006.  Justin’s grocery career required him to travel the county extensively and this is where he developed an appreciation for fine food and drink.  During this time, he sampled regional brews from coast to coast, solidifying his passion for beer.  When he noticed the job posting for a sales opportunity with a new west side craft brewery, he knew it would be the perfect position to combine his passion for great beer with his sales career. Justin enjoys following sports, playing golf, and spending time with his family in the kitchen cooking.

Pat Moran

Beer Ambassador

Pat hails from Westlake but currently lives in West Park. He worked in the beer industry for almost three years, including time spent at one of the largest beverage distributors in Ohio, before coming to Sibling Revelry. Once he heard through a mutual friend that a new brewery was opening, Pat knew he had to apply. He attended St. Edward High School and studied Visual communication technology at Bowling Green. Prior to Sibling Revelry, Pat worked as a photographer and print specialist for three years. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wiener dog Bailey, biking, golfing, playing basketball and attending as many Cleveland sporting events as possible.

Evan Hurst

Beer Ambassador

Evan, a Westlake, Ohio native, is a lover of hoppy IPA’s and dark, heavy porters and stouts. His passion for craft beers stemmed from the abundance of high quality Ohio breweries including his first craft beer, a Fat Head’s Headhunter IPA in 2011. After college, he became nationally certified as a bartender at the Cleveland Bartending School. When offered the sales opportunity with a hometown craft brewery, it was an experience directly related to a passion that was too good to pass up. In his spare time, Evan enjoys watching Cleveland sports, playing a collectable card game called Magic: The Gathering, and spending time/vacationing annually with family.

Matt Smith

Matt fell in love with craft beer and the craft beer community while living in Chicago in 2012. He says his experiences visiting amazing breweries in Chicago like Revolution, Metropolitan, and Lagunitas really brought out his passion for the craft. Matt has worked in the beer industry as a buyer for four different Heinen's Grocery Stores -- two in Chicago and two in Ohio. As a Certified Cicerone®, he received a professional beer certification earned through the Cicerone program in Chicago. In his free time, Matt enjoys Cleveland Sports, playing golf, and hanging out with his girlfriend Jamie, friends, and two cats Wilma and Lucy.

Gheramy Demery

Beer Ambassador

Gheramy was born in Los Angeles but was raised in Cleveland, making him a transplanted native to the city. He attended Tri-C and has a degree in Pharmaceutical Engineering, though craft beer is where his passion lies. Gheramy learned about craft beer from his experiences owning a bar that stocked beer and his 8-year tenure as a bar tender at Melt Bar & Grilled. Originally hired as a delivery driver part-time, Gheramy was very happy to make it a permanent gig. Today, he works as one of our Beer Ambassadors, promoting and selling SRB all over Cleveland. In his spare time, Gheramy enjoys sleeping and playing in his metal-punk band All Dinosaurs. He also runs a music recording studio out of his house and occasionally performs as a stand-up comedian.

Danny Nageotte

Before joining SRB, Danny worked for over two years at a large beverage distributor in Ohio. Danny grew up in Fairview Park, then attended and played football at St. Edwards High School and John Carroll University. Outside of work, he enjoys playing board games, attending and watching Cleveland sports games, and watching college football. Danny's favorite team is Notre Dame, besides the JCU Blue Streaks of course! Fun fact: Danny's favorite beer style is IPA. He currently lives in Lakewood.

Gary Gordon

Beer Courier

Following his family’s military legacy, Gary Gordon entered the army straight from high school. Here, as a military interrogator he learned “people skills” that he utilizes as a beerslinger.

In his spare time, Gary spends time with his son and wife. Gary is a master chef in the kitchen where he loves to cook using his family recipes or comes up with new creations. He often brings in the treats he dreams up with his wife to us!

Ask Gary what he thinks of Lavender Wit... he'll tell you how when his son was born, he often used lavender baby wipes and bath soap and his first tastes of Lavender Wit reminded him of that nostalgic smell.

Ray McGinley

Beer Courier

Ray was born and raised not far from Cleveland in Erie, Pennsylvania. After receiving a degree in Business Management from Penn State University, Ray moved to New Orleans. While living in New Orleans, Ray and his wife Nora enjoyed New Orleans’ amazing food and music. After 6 years of taking in lots of jazz, funk and brass bands and consuming lots of jambalaya and crawfish, Ray and his wife moved to Lakewood, Ohio in order to be closer to family. After working as an Operations Manager for 15 years, Ray resigned in order to care for his two daughters, Jane and Sarah. Ray’s interest in the craft beer industry ultimately led him to employment at Sibling Revelry. Ray and his wife enjoy watching their daughters participate in various activities and spend lots of time at soccer fields and basketball gymnasiums. Ray also enjoys running, listening to live music, and cheering on the Cavaliers.
