Enjoy Fat Sibling, our limited collaboration dry-hopped saison with Fat Head's! In addition, Fat Head's own Oktoberfest beer will be available to satisfy your thirst for German revelry. Finally, have a sneak-preview taste of our new Ohio Native Pale Ale brewed with ingredients grown here in Ohio. Check out the beer profiles below!
- Fat Sibling - 7.8% ABV - A dryhopped farmhouse Saison with a bright citrus aroma, a medium bitter middle and a dry spicy finish. This beer was brewed in collaboration with our friends at Fatheads to benefit the ALS TDI foundation using an exclusive blend of hop varieties created for this Ale for ALS. The hop blend is showcased in the aroma, the addition of crystal rye contributes to the spicy finish and the Belgian yeast provides a bready character that is present through the entire beer
- Fat Head's Oktoberfest - 5.7% ABV - Zicke, zacke, zicke, zacke, hoi, hoi, hoi. Imported German malts give this Fest Bier a chestnut red color. Nice aromas of toasted grains with a crisp, crackery malt flavor which is balanced by imported German noble hops. Smooth and highly drinkable. Der Gemütlichkeit.
- Sibling Revelry Ohio Native Pale Ale - TBD ABV - Seasonal exclusive, American Pale Ale brewed with all Ohio hops from this year's harvest
