Hold on to your knit caps! We are now tapping our seasonal Winter Ale!
The Winter Ale was originally released as a limited pilot brew over a month ago. Now that the leaves are falling and the air is chilling up, it’s time to add it to the family of taps for the season, alongside our recently released Oatmeal Stout.
Winter Ale is a Belgian Strong ale rated at 7.8% ABV and 25 IBUs. This festive winter beer has a strong warming alcohol sensation and a sweet flavor perfect for the cold months ahead. Hops used to make this Belgian include Magnum and Saaz while the malt consists of Pilsner, Munich, Crystal, and Chocolate. Served in a traditional snifter glass, this limited brew is sold for $7 and will be available for the winter.
Winter Ale is on tap now in our taproom and in several Northeastern Ohio bars and restaurants.
Our Winter Ale will be available in limited 4-pack quantities for the holiday season! We will be receiving the cans the first week of December, and then we will begin canning immediately. More details on our can release will be made available as December draws near.
