It's finally here! Sibling Revelry and Fat Head's are excited to announce the release of the collaboration beer, Fat Sibling! This charity beer was brewed as a benefit for the Ales for ALS cause, which raises money for ALS research.
Fat Sibling, a dry-hopped saison, has been in the works for months. It's the result of collaboration and experimentation, with a goal to provide a unique and premium brew that everyone can enjoy. Ultimately, the goal is to raise as much money as possible for Ales for ALS.
Initially, Fat Sibling will be released on Friday August 26th and will be available at the Sibling Revelry Taproom and both Northeast Ohio Fat Head's locations. After launch weekend, Fat Sibling will be available at various bars and restaurants throughout the Cleveland area beginning on Monday, August 29th.
About Fat Sibling
Fat Sibling is a dry-hopped farmhouse Saison with a bright citrus aroma, a medium bitter middle and a dry spicy finish. Brewed with an exclusive blend of hops provided by Ales for ALS, this unique hop profile is showcased in the aroma, the addition of crystal rye contributes to the spicy finish and the Belgian yeast provides a bready character that is present through the entire beer.

Loftus Ranches and Hopunion have created Ales for ALS to support a very worthy cause - ALS research. They have offered participating brewers access to a proprietary hop blend, free of charge, in exchange for participation in Ales for ALS™. Participating brewers receive an invitation from Loftus Ranches and Hopunion. Each will brew special beers with these hops and will donate a portion of the sales to ALS TDI, the world's leader in ALS research.
