Today we tap one of the saddest beers we've ever had to make, a departure beer for our Production Assistant Tim. Tim joined Sibling Revelry at the very beginning, before we had brewed a beer and even before we had finalized the Sibling Revelry name. Since then, he has helped brew beer, operate our canning line, and maintain our brewery and warehouse. Tim helped to create, Millennial Centennial, which quickly became one of our fan favorites. Tim has been a vital asset to the SRB team, and he will be greatly missed!
Tim's final farewell to SRB is called "Not Bad," named in honor of his least-favorite reaction to tasting beer. Please, don't say this beer is not bad! Tim took all he learned and poured it into a creamy, light bodied, juicy unfiltered and unrefined pale ale. Tapping Friday at 4PM, be sure to stop in this weekend to try this tasty brew and help us wish Tim good luck in his future endeavors!
Fun fact: Tim's original nickname was Grasshopper, in reference to his youthful inexperience.

About the Beer:
This bright, hoppy, beautiful strong pale ale is to date the saddest beer we have brewed as it marks the departure of one of the two original brewers. Tim took all he learned and poured it into a creamy, light bodied, juicy unfiltered and unrefined pale ale. The aroma is bright and resiny followed by a big citrus flavor and exactly zero hop bite; just a smooth malt finish. We hope you enjoy this beer as much as we have enjoyed making Tim drag hoses for the last two years.
