This beer has the malt profile of a traditional Hefeweizen, but was fermented with a Kolsch yeast and dry hopped with New Zealand Motueka. It has a fresh lemon/lime like citrus aroma from the dry hops and a light, crisp body with a bit of a tropical fruit character from a bit of a warmer fermentation. A bit of an amalgamation of 2 classic styles with some southern hemisphere influence.
